The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, starting at 10:00, in which KO95/20 requests will be considered, which for the subject of the review are: “Rating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo decision No. 07/V-15, approved on 3 June 2020, pertaining to the Kosovo government's election””, said in notification.
On the other hand, it becomes known that the session will be made through video conference.
Because of circumstances created as a result of COVID-19, public hearing sessions will be held via videoconference (online), via the Zoo platform. The court has taken all adequate measures and, in line with the guidelines of health institutions for the management of the judges' work during the <x1 session, says the report, where the link is published where this session can be viewed online.
