12 pages of parole money have been sent to the Special Court by lawyers Jonathan Elystan Rees and Huw Lawden. These two are seeking the provisional release of OVL leader Hysni Gucati. The request in question contains all 34 points.
Following OVL KLA deputy chairman Nasim Haradinaj's request for bail from The Hague has also put forward the head of this organisation, Hysni Gucati.
Like Haradinaj, Gucati's lawyers have proposed several conditions to convince the judge of the preliminary procedure to make a positive decision on their request. These conditions proposed by Gucati defenders differ slightly from those of Nasim Haradinaj.
Among other things, lawyers propose that in the parole agreement, Gucatit was barred from entering Pristina. Then it has been proposed that Gucati live even outside Kosovo, in a third state, in a house belonging to his relatives.
Condition 1: Gucati will not enter Pristina.
Condition 2: There's only one electronic communications device in which the Special Prosecution will have access.
Condition 3: Gucati live outside Kosovo. To dwell and sleep every night at the assigned home at the edited state of the third party. This house belongs to a relative, and family members live in the same home.

In addition to those mentioned, Gucati has proposed several other conditions, which have been edited by the Special Court administration.
Gucatt's defence lawyers, through these preemptive conditions, consider that their client has been subjected to sufficient distributives through which he is forbidden in any form of approach or access to confidential specialised prosecution documents.
Thus, lawyers have requested that the hearing be held where arguments raised for the release of Gucatt's provisions will be expounded.
The hearing was asked to be held before December 27th.
