Communists oppose total closure as anti-scale - CO VID

The Kosovo Communists Association, together with Council of Chiefs and Central-level representatives, have discussed the anti-step company's agreement - CO VID in Kosovo, that's what it said, the chairman of this Saban Ibrahim association. In addition, he added, mayors have sought the continuation of current measures in the future, but not total closure.

The Kosovo Communists Association has organised the Council of Chiefs meeting with central-level representatives in terms of anti-scale measures - CO VID, which are being undertaken in Kosovo. Current measures have been discussed at this meeting, and municipal mayors have demanded that these measures continue further”.

“Categorisation of municipalities in the number of cases infected with 100,000 inhabitants has shown as a success of classification through color, and the mayors of municipalities have concluded that these measures should be continued in the future”, Ibrahim added to EO.

Kosovo Communist Association Chairman Saban Ibrahimi stressed that the trend of the number of infected is declining, so it is not reasonable to go with austerity measures.

According to him, mayors are not for total closure.

We hope that such a trend will continue in the future. The mayors of municipalities are not for total closure. The mayors have given support to current measures because it has shown success”.

If we talk at percentages of the infected is declining, then we don't see the reason to go through the masses. But if the situation changes, then the Council of Speakers should sit down with central-level representatives to discuss the first measures that could occur in the future”.
