New category of municipalities by case of COVID-19, 16 municipalities in the red zone

The Health Ministry on Friday (December 11th) has classified municipalities according to the number of people with coronavirus, where there are 16 municipalities in the red area, in the yellow area 9 municipalities and in the green area 13 municipalities.
With the Ministry of Health's new decision five municipalities have passed from the red zone to the yellow zone: Peja, Vushtrria, Ferizaj, Vitia and Entrance.
While the yellow area in the green area has passed seven municipalities: Kline, Hani of Elez, Skenderaj, Partesh, Rahaveci, Prizren, and Ranilluga.
Currently, in the red zone are: Pristina, Zvecani, Zubin Potok, Fushe Kosova, Gracanica, Obiliki, South Mitrovica, Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Lipjan, Kamenica, Drenasi, Klokoti, Gjakova, Podujevo, Gjilani.
The following measures apply to the green area:
Economic operators are allowed to work from 0500 to 800 hours, respecting “Manual for protection from the spread of COVID-19”;
Public transport is allowed to work using up to 50% of capacity, respecting “Manual for protection from the spread of COVID-19”;
taxis are allowed to work with a (1) passenger back or up to three (3) if they are family members, respecting “Manuale for protection from the spread of Ovid19”;
) Commercial centers are allowed to work from 0500 to 8:00, respecting “Manual for protection from the spread of COVID-19”;
The hotel and gastronomial activity is forbidden after 8:00 p.m., except for the “service take” and “poros with delivery”;
Partly allowed are the cultural activities of the MKRS and municipalities (the theatres, libraries, philharmonics, galleries, assemblies, ballet, cinemas, youth centres, museums, culture centres with groups and similar ones), using only 30% of the space/systems of the respective objects for all activity (both in performances and exercise), respecting “Manilin for protection from the spread of COVID-191).
-Permitted sports activities in closed and open spaces; exercises and competitions can be organised in individual sports; during space exercises, up to 20 people can participate, while during competitions, up to 50 persons can participate based on local and international sports protocols and guidelines, and based on “Manuale for protection from the spread of COVID-19<18x>
Allowing shoots and closed swimming pools for individual recreation activities using only 40% of the spaces/representings, respecting “Manuale for protecting from COVIDD-19”.
The following measures apply to the yellow area:
Economic operators are allowed to work from 0500 to 6: 00 p.m., respecting “Manual for protection from the spread of Covid-19”;
) Hotel service and gastronomy are allowed to work between 05am and 6:00 hours, and then after 18 am they work at the service “take back” and “poros with mail”, always organizing the work according to “Manual for protecting from the spread of Devi-19x5>
All public and private institutions reduce their staff based on the specifics they have and considering the specifics specified for organising the work in “Manuale for protection from the spread of Ovid-19”;

The movement of citizens outside their houses/houses after 7:00 p.m. until 05 a.m., except for emergency and health needs, excluding health personnel, security, justice and similar from this measure;
-Citizens and vehicles are stopped at the county's territory from 7:00 to 5:00, except:
Health personnel, security personnel, justice and students;
Citizens for Emergency Need;
-Operators performing public work;
Gastronomy activity is not allowed between 7:00 and 5: 00 a.m.
-public and private institutions work only with the essential staff, which is determined by the decision of each institution in particular;

New restrictive measures have entered into force from November 13th, while in the last 24 years alone, 590 cases have been confirmed.
