Britain is strongly separate from the EU, fishing waters will guard with 4 warships

Four Royal Navy patrolships will be ready on January 1st to provide assistance in protecting Great Britain's fishing waters in the event of final departure from the EU without agreement. Warships that are 80 meters long will be used for the ban, inspection, and selection of ships [...]
Warships that are 80 metres long will be used for ban, inspection and sequenting of EU fishing ships operating in the exclusive economic zone of the United Kingdom, which could run up to 200 miles from the coast, writes The Guardian.
Sources within sea forces said that the use of these ships has been planned for a long time, while the decision has come at a time when the conservative government in prayer doubled the number of patrol boats from four to eight, in part due to the possibility of a crisis caused by Brex without a deal.
Although these ships are equipped with automatic weapons, they are not expected to be used against fishing boats from European Union territories. Instead, patrol ships may follow suspicious ships and control them if such a step is deemed necessary.
In the most extreme cases, EU ships can be confiscated and shipped to the nearest port. No one will open fire against French fishermen. Firearms are used only when at risk for life”, a source said within the naval forces.
The issue of fishing rights is one of the points that has caused disagreement in negotiations between Great Britain and the European Union. The parties have only a few days left for talks before the end of the transition period deadline, which expires on December 31st.
