Passengers arriving in Great Britain, including quarantine measures or <x0 contact cases” of a tested positive person with COVID-19, will no longer have to be isolated for more than 10 days instead of 14, stressed four British headlines.
After reviewing the latest data, we are now convinced that we can reduce the number of days of isolation from 14 to 10 days”, the leading medical officials of four constituent nations of Great Britain stressed in a joint statement, the ATS reports.
With more than 63,000 dead, Great Britain is the most hit European country by pandemic, ahead of Italy.
This change will take effect on Monday, December 14th at local time, and GMT in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, while the measure has already been implemented in Wales.
