How did Berisha- Basha PD, 60 disfellowshipped figures, 6 electoral defeat and 4 new parties

This is the 7-year-old 2013-2020 balance of the Democratic Party, under the direction of Lulzim Basha and Sali Berisha, who are heading towards the next parliamentary elections, without reflecting on the sag of sins during power 2005-2013. Amid Basha's disfellowshipped group and Berisha's approval, four former Democrats Will Fight Face The DP in the 25 April 2021 elections, at the top of the four parties. They are Jozefina Topalli, Astrit Patozi, Myslim Murrizi, and Rudina Hajdari.

The Democratic Party will most likely face Bamir Topi, at the head of the new Democratic Spirit, which has been reluctant to draw close to Basha, as long as DP affairs dictate Berisha.

Meanwhile, the exclusion of weight figures and contributions to this party has been enabled in three phases; in 2013, 2017, and through the commission öNishaniı in 2020.

In 2013, Berisha suspended the political career of 36 DP deputies, with whom Ilir Rusmajli, Fatos Hoxha, Victor Gumi, Osman Metalla, Salaam Gepa, Arenca Trashani, etc. Lulzim Basha took the lead in the summer of 2013, a few weeks after the defeat, through a process of conspiracy as manipulated by his rival Sokol Olldashi, but also by Astrit Pattozi and other representatives.

Basha did not approach the disfellowshipped from Berisha, besides Enkeleed Alibej, but deepened head cut in 2017, disrupting the political career of Jozefina Toll, Astrit Pattoz, Majlinda Bregut, Ridvan Bodes, Arben Imam, Edward Selam, etc. These were replaced by new people such as Klevis Balliu, Ervin Saliannji, Grida Duma, Rome Gurakuqi, Halim Kosova, Agron Shehiaj, Valentina Duka, etc.

Throughout this 7-year period, Basha has surprisingly spoken only of joining the Democratic Party. Basha even established a department for historical contributions to the DP, aimed at restoring figures that had contributed to the DP. Genc Ruli, Besnik Mustafaj and Mark Mark, who Berisha and Basha used for their next krasitist. Ruli, Mustafaj, Marku and Bujar Nishani were appointed members of a commission to filter out candidates for deputies in the summer of 2020.

With this commission, Basha picked up some figures that close to 2017. Romeo Gurakuqi, Astrit Veliaj, Halim Kosova, Andrew Hasa, Ervin Saliannji, Luan Bacci, Tritan Shehu, Fatbarda Kadiu Izmira Ulcinaku, Xhemal Djunkshi and Gerti Bogdani were expelled. Five of the disfellowshipped have reacted sharply, denouncing and rejecting the next Democratic Party.

Meanwhile, over the past seven years, under Berisha's direction and later Basha, the Democratic Party has suffered six serious electoral, four national and two partial defeats. He lost the 2013 parliamentary elections, local elections in 2015, the partial elections in Korca and Debar, the 2017 parliamentary elections, and handed over all local government in 2019, having failed to participate in the elections after handing over MPs' mandates, returning to non-parliamentarians. During this period the DP has won only partial local elections in Kavaja.
