Kosovo, congratulations December 14th, Army Day!
Two years ago, the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo adopted three Laws, which enable the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the Army.
On this historic day, I congratulate all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, while I congratulate KSF members on their continuing achievements.
