Likewise, the Tax Administration requires taxpayers to review their workers' lists, as ATK has identified cases where the payment of pension contributions was made on RRUST, but no employees' list was arranged.
According to statistics, which has ATK from January 2020 to today, 235 visits have been conducted, which have contributed to the census of workers and 28 checks, which, as facts in the case, had unregistered workers and non-registered Burim Tax.
The ATK is constantly dealing with businesses, which have not paid the pension contributions, to which it is taking all measures that are provided with legislation in force. Also, such cases are being handled and handled by the facts provided by third parties, which as other cases are being handled by relevant departments.
Among other things, ATK informs you that according to tests conducted on taxpayers' mirrors there is a number of businesses that, in 2020, have in most cases declared pension contributions but have remained unpaid, as well as in cases of mistakes in the declaration.
