In a Kosovo Police action today at the “Galeria” mall in Prizren, where several members of the criminal group from Albania were arrested, led by Lul Berisha of Durres.
Indexline learns that one of those arrested is Indri Takuli, one of Lul Berisha's friends.
The consulate in 2017 was acquitted of criminal acts by the Supreme Court, which had accepted the request for his bail. His lawyer had demanded that he be released because of poor health.
He was sentenced to 25 years in prison. The “Banda of Durres”, so called the group where Indri Takuli was, are accused of a series of murders in retaliation against rival criminal groups.
