Arian Chan: If I were Kosovo, I wouldn't vote on Albin Kurtin.

His statement comes after the Eye.net declared Albin Kurti a character of the year. Chan said he deserves to be declared such, but added that if it were Kosovo citizens, he would not vote on Albin Kurtin. And for that he presented two reasons:
