The lower House of Parliament has adopted the bill and is already expected to be approved by other institutions. So far in Argentina many women have been prosecuted after abortion, which is still banned, writes BBC, broadcasts the Kosovo Clan

Before the law is made, the bill must be passed into the upper room, the Senate as the vote is expected to take place before the end of the year.

President Alberto Fernández has been the one who has proposed these changes and if the bill is approved women can abort the pregnancy by the 14th week.

But and why the bill is expected to be adopted, the Catholic Church reiterated its opposition to abortion and demanded that such a decision not be made.
