AGK calls VV Murat MP's behaviour to journalist unacceptable

Murati misbehaved in reporting to a journalist when she asks how much money she has saved in the Trust, catching and pushing the microphone.

AGK considers the behaviour of the parliamentary deputy Murati unacceptable.

The MP's obstruction to journalists to ask questions is unacceptable.

The behaviour of Vetvendosje Movement MP Iron Murati towards Leoretta Abazi journalist, indecent and unacceptable

PRISTINA, 15.12.2020 ) . The Association of Kosovo Journalists AGK has witnessed with concern the behaviour of the Vetvendosje Movement deputy, Hekuran Murati, in the direction of “Gazeta Infocus”, Leoreta Abazi.

Murati was asked how much money saved in the Trust he's got, caught and pushed the microphone to the journalist. For AGK, such conduct by an MP from the Republic of Kosovo is arrogant and unacceptable.

Journalists have the right to ask questions without asking for preliminary permission, as well as political and state officials have the right to respond or not answer. But they never try to hinder our colleagues from practicing the profession.

The Kosovo Journalists' Association calls on all political and public acts not to prevent journalists from carrying out their task.

AGK encourages all colleagues not to stop reporting on any offense they commit during practice.
