As the statement announces, Prime Minister Hoti has clarified that the Fund for Cre-day Constance is part of Paco's 2020-2021 Economic Recovery Fund.
With this mechanism, he has stressed, credit facilities are created and company liquidity increases, while at the same time, credit risk is reduced. Therefore, it has provided unreserved support for this move that helps the country's economic development.
Prime Minister Hoti has said that with a fund of about 60m euros, support is provided to private and public enterprises in different sectors, through new instruments for credit guarantees, meaning increasing the percentage of guarantees to 80%. He has underlined that, in this fund in addition to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank as well as the German KFW have provided support.
