At the request of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo Avdullah Hoti, and in accordance with the Labour Order, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the corresponding collection of\electronics, the 53rd consecutive in which it adopted the Government's Work Plan for 2021 and other decisions of constitutional and legal areas and responsibilities.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo, after the review, has approved the Government's Work Plan for 2021 and the Government's Indicative Work Plan for 2022 and 2023. In association with the Work Plan, the Government has also approved the Legal Programme and Strategic Documents Plan for 2021.
At today's meeting, the government cabinet has reviewed and approved the Administrative Guide for the Use of Legal Measure Units. With this Administrative Direction, the legal measures used in the Republic of Kosovo are regulated. It also regulates the way they use, size, label, and symbols of these measurement units. Administrative guidance applies to used measurements, measurements made, and indexes of quantity expressed in measures.
The government cabinet at today's meeting has approved the decision to change and fulfill Government's No decision. 18/48 on the 07.12.20. With the changes made, the pre-priced deadline for presenting analysis/stuation by the task force for establishing the Institute for Investigation of Crimes committed during the war in Kosovo until April 15th, 2021.
The decision to ask the president of the Republic of Kosovo to grant authorisation to the justice minister has also been adopted for the signing of a stand-by agreement to bring Civil Affairs to Civil Affairs with Northern Macedonia.
The government has also adopted the decision to approve the reduction and re-enactment of free access from the list of non-expensive capital projects, all projects with free funds from the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, based on the current accounting records, to the value of 17,456,665.27 Euro, and their use to compensate for the expenses imposed by the economic recovery programme.
The government cabinet has reviewed and approved the decision to approve financial means in many of 1,047,710.96 (one million and forty thousand and seven hundred and ten percent, ninety-six cents) for the Agency for Air Navigation Services, for covering the deficit caused by insufficient means collected from the funds dedicated as sources of budget financing, temporarily financed by the government grant.
