Brilant Martinaj, now declared international in search of the assassination of FNSH effective Gilio Prela, is not an unknown name. Two years ago, when he was only 19 years old, Brilant appeared on social media videos traveling with luxury cars at high speed and carrying firearms.
His trip also accompanied megaphones like those of the police, calling for other vehicles to pave the way.
In another video published in Brilant's personal profile, there is a conversation with a street policeman, who 18-year-old asks if you know who he is without trembling, even though the vehicle carried a gun or the speed he traveled to was high.
The policeman withdraws from the ban, exchanges a few battas with the young man, and then allows him to continue his journey smoothly. At that point, Brilant Martinaj is taught that he has been declared international in search of the fact that on the night of the crime, December 5, 2020, he turns out to have moved by car to the very street axis where Julieo Prela was killed.
A few days after the event, Brilant Martinaj has fled towards Turkey. Police reported that Prela and the two suspected authors have begun conflict because of the long lights of the car. FNSH's effect, Gilio Prela, was executed in the early morning hours of December 5th with a bullet in his chest while returning from Shkodra to Tirana.
