The chairman of this commission, Albena Resiti, said Zemaj was invited to report after increasing new cases with COVID, but that commission members have not been submitted.
“We have already preceded the report of Minister Zemaj, as chairman of the Emergency Situation Rating Committee with COVID-19. Seeing the escalation of the situation with COVID-19 has made us a commission to invite Minister Zemaj to report. Because we don't have quorum, I regret to say we have to stop this. I ask the members to show over time that they have made any party decision”, Resitij said, implying the PDK's decision to suspend work in the Assembly this week.
On the other hand, Minister Andmend Zemaj said they were willing to report to this commission, meanwhile, invited all to respect the measures.
