That's what German expert and political expertise in the Western Balkans Bodo Weber said about Express.
According to him, only the establishment of reports between Kosovo and Israel will survive under the mediation of Trump, since it stresses that neither Belgrade nor Serbia will send embassies to Jerusalem.
German analyst says the arrival of Joe Biden to the top of the most powerful state in the world implies close co-operation with Brussels and Berlin and the end of the current acting by Richard Green in the process of Kosovo-Serbia negotiations.
Express newspaper: How do you think Joe Biden's victory in the Kosovo dialogue process will affect Serbia?
Bodo Weber: The Biden administration's move and the removal of the current Trump administration should and there will be consequences for the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia. The United States, as Biden's campaign has already announced in two written statements, will turn into a close transatlantic co-operation with Brussels, but first and foremost with key capitals such as Berlin, as was the case before Richard Green and before John Bolton takes the position of the United States off the position of the majority of the EU and towards opening up to the dangerous idea of exchanging territories. This means a return to the original framework, original principles and conditions (to Belgrade) of the 2012-2014 political dialogue that enabled historic progress and progress.
Express newspaper: What will happen to the Washington Agreement signed during the Trump administration?
Bodo Weber: It will remain history, while those related to the Kosovo issue Serbia and previous EU actions will return to the EU framework, such as the Berlin process. Of the points not related to the region, which presented a gross political misuse of Kosovo and Serbia and their dispute, only the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kosovo and Israel will survive, while neither Kosovo nor Serbia will open embassies in Jerusalem.
Express newspaper: Do you think there will be better co-operation between the US and the EU for the dialogue process?
Bodo Weber: We will see cooperation again, close cooperation. The U.S. will recognise and be happy to leave the EU's leading role unlike the unilateral, usurping approach and acting we saw last year in the Grelli period.
Express newspaper: Do you expect a final agreement with mutual recognition, now that Joe Biden leads the United States?
Bodo Weber: I expect the US and the EU to get together, especially Biden and Chancellor Merkel, to make an initiative to restore negotiations, namely, the real negotiations begin for a final, comprehensive agreement, after three years in which they were not. This means that the original framework of dialogue (direct and implied) principles of the dialogue have passed long ago in the Balkans and that Serbia must become real to what is well aware that Kosovo has gone and will not return, in order to stay and remain in dialogue and eventually become a true Western partner. Afterwards, I expect the real negotiations to begin leading to a truly final, stable and inclusive agreement for the full normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, which will also guarantee normal life for Kosovo Serb citizens. An agreement that will then pave the way for the true democratic transformation of two societies.
Express newspaper: What does the victory of Joe Beden mean for Serbia?
Bodo Weber: It for Serbia -- that is for Vucinqiqi -- means it will be forced to make another political twist around Kosovo, to the point where it was when Serbia entered political dialogue with the April 2013 agreement, when then Prime Minister Dacic publicly told Serbia's citizens that the country needs to stop lying to itself that Kosovo is still or will ever be part of Serbia again, and before the point when Serbia was transformed into an authoritarian, autocratic and deeply unstable state.
