According to the institute, clouds during late Monday hours and the first part of Tuesday are projected to bring rains.
In the morning through the valleys, there's fog. Minimum temperatures will be moved between 3-7 degrees Celsius. The maximum of the day is set to move between 15-18 degrees Celsius. It will blow mostly from the northwest at 1-8 m/s”, the announcement says.
