The Kosovo Hydrotechnology Institute (IKH) suggests this comes as a result of anticiclonic measures stationed on the Balkan peninsula.
According to the IHK forecast, minimal temperatures will move between -2 to -3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 6-8 degrees Celsius. The quality of the air will be at an unhealthy frontier as a result of air passive measures and other meteorological elements.
In the morning, fog is expected, in the lowlands, and at the foot of the mountains. It's gonna blow up the wind from the northeast.
