The 32-year-old Albanian resident of White City Estate, in the Hammersmith area, east of London, has faced a court indictment of holding a gun without permission.
His arrest took place at the Queensway subway in Bayswater area. A.S., originally from Debar, faced the Southwark Crown Court from which the charges were communicated.
The same court in the coming months will also hold the judicial process.
