At the Constitutional Court in Gjakova today, it has failed to hold the initial hearing against the accused that he illegally benefited the pension of Kosovo Liberation Army veteran (UÇK) Vjollca Maci.
This session has been postponed at the request of the accused Maci, with the reasoning that the same is not prepared and that she has not received her subject papers, adding that she does not want to be declared guilty today.
Prosecutor Sadri Alija has not opposed the session's postponement proposal.
Later, Judge Diana Sina has approved the proposal for postponement of the session, until the next session is scheduled to be held on December 16th.
In contrast, according to the Pillca Maci Act of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, Vjollca Maci is charged that on May 13, 2016 in Gjakova, compiles forged documents, changes the original document aimed at exploiting that document as original or knowingly using the forged document, in the way that the defendant's quality of application for veterans, with the intent of against the legal benefit of veteran's status and later on using it as a pension scheme, in the Government Commission for recognition and Verification of the League of Witness, Indi/Vetelliant, or Interventor, had turned in the application of the war, the applicant has been recorded by the late war commander, and has been reported by the UN war commanders's operatives command to the command of war.
That's why they're accused of committing criminal work “falsification of documents” by Article 398 paragraph 2 of KPRK.
The charge is being charged according to the indictment, the same is being charged that on April 5, 2018, in the same place as in the first device of this indictment, in administrative procedure, it is consciously presenting false statements for making the final decision and with the intent of registering the families of martyrs, disabled persons, civil victims and other categories, in the way that it has been registered as active armed soldier and being reformed by the KLA's operational headquarters from the beginning of the war to the end of Kosovo, so that it reaches the recognition of the veteran pension in the 20th century, which causes Kosovo's 20th budget damage.
That's why it's being accused of committing criminal work “false execution” by Article 392 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of KPRK.
