Following yesterday's clashes in the Kosovo Assembly, about the topic of missing persons, the Commission for Human Law, Gender Equality, Undiscovered Persons and petitioners has discussed meetings today about the need to whiteen the fate of missing people.
MP Saranda Bogujevci said it should be created with the Government Commission for Unemployed Persons, so that the parliamentary commission can contribute.
Let's create an agenda with the government commission. I think without the blame of the government commission, because of their commitments, they are confident behind them with new data about the processes. We have to figure out how to contribute to these”, she said.
At this meeting, not to mention yesterday's debate, which brought a clash between Boguyevci and the AAK's Teuta Haxhi and the LDK's Saranda Musliu, where Bogujevci told you that you were repeating the same things for years.
Boguyevci reacted when it was said that “was victimised”.
You have no right to tell me, I'm not victimized. It's embarrassing”, it was the reaction of the Vetvendosje MP.
And the LDK's Musliu demanded that there be unity among the political parties in Kosovo on the matter of making people dead.
“Never is this issue exhausted, I think, Deputy Prime Minister Selmanaj has given what is within his competencies. He has so much information within his reach. We want to work, we call for relevant commissions, we see that there are new findings to you, we have to have unity, that this issue does not belong to a political party. Create a partnership. Let's not politicise it, it's not a matter to get the political point”, she said.
MPs from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Besa Ismaili, said Serbia is not being held accountable for the genocide committed in Kosovo.
Serbia's “with Serbia is speaking softly, without account. All statements by current Serbian officials are unbelievers in genocide in the region and Kosovo. Let's not allow what happened to be rewritten in Kosovo has happened ethnic cleansing”, she said.
And according to the commission's chairman, Duda Balje, Kosovo should be united in front of Serbia on this subject.
“Here we have Belgrade and Pristina, only together as Kosovo can, we are victims, this is the position of Kosovo”, she said.
