Today, they have been joined by over 150 first - shift miners who will remain confined until the goal is realized.

The Secretary of the Trepca Union, Eset Meha, told Periscopi that their only requirement is the release of wages for October.

As he says, the Government of Kosovo has declared that the money has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance and that very soon the transfer of salaries will be completed, but as Meha claims still has nothing.

He said the miners' strike would continue until they receive the remaining salary.

The miners' only request is to have our salaries run out, all four shifts are on the strike, as our salaries get out of the strike, as well as they've agreed with Government, they've told us that the money has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance, but we still aren't looking at the direction, this is our only” demand, said Eset Meha secretary of the Trecae Mine. / P ERISCOPIA
