Thaci's Defence Lawyer's Declaration at the beginning of The Hague session

Thaci's defence lawyer, David Hooper, at the beginning of the court hearing on Thaci said:

It is with regret that I say this process has been realised without announcing the protection at the right time. I want to make my goal clear that I will work with the Court as Mr. Thaci has done all these years and the establishment of this Court. You've been investigating these charges for five years and you've been in charge six months ago.
