Thaci's cuffs: Severe Replica Between Prosecutor and Defence Lawyer

Thaci's defence lawyer, David Hooper, has called Thaci's en masse shameful. There were tough replicas in The Hague tribunal for that

“As far as handcuffs are concerned, there are procedures that we apply for every person who comes into the courtroom. The handcuffs should be used until the person enters the hall. If the lawyer is saying that we have to change the way we stop, we're against this”, the prosecutor said.
