When will Thaci and Wessel appear before the judge?

Both the Special Court confirmed the indictment in one day and the same procedure by ordering.

After confirmation of the indictment, there are two procedures the Special can follow for the accused to arrest or submit an order.

Taulant Hodaj, a lawyer accredited by Specialised Chambers, says it depends on this procedure of when Thaci and Wessel should appear before judges.

The procedure must be submitted within three days to the judge of the preliminary procedure if it is by orders within seven days. But it appears that within three days they will make their first appearance with the pre-procedure judge”.
