As Thaci says, in the indictment issued by the Special Court, it is evident that without 35 of the indictment, it is not accusing the alleged crimes of individual persons, but, besides them, it is accusing it of being the almost entire KLA structure, including the KLA General Staff, commanders of operational zones, deputy commanders of operational zones, other area commanders, platoon commanders, entity commanders, military police, other KLA superiors and KLA soldiers.

Those who deliberately claim and those who naively believe that the Special Court is accusing and judging only individual names and individuals, not the KLA as a whole, do well to read this part of the indictment that seems to have been written as a degenerative for the claims and beliefs of such ones.
The indictment's 35th point is not accusing the alleged crimes of individual persons, but besides them, it is accusing it of being the structure of almost all the KLA, including the KLA General Staff, commanders of operational zones, deputy commanders of operational zones, other area commanders, platoon commanders, entity commanders, military police, other KLA superiors and KLA soldiers.
Our grandmothers and grandparents were not included in the accusation.
In addition to the entire KLA structural chain, the Kosovo Interim Government (KLA) is also being charged there as a whole with all its structures.
Clearly, then, we are dealing, not with accusations and judgments of individuals, but with the commission and judgment of the organization.
