Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi are the last to arrive at The Hague, where 3 of them were held the first hearings by the Special Court. [...]
But the latter have been hosted by OVL-KLA members, who have been continuing detention there for more than a month.
It turns out that Nasim Haradinaj, Hysni Gucatit and Salih Mustafa were not allowed to meet with Thaci, Veselin, Krasniqi and Selimi, as the latter are in the isolation, due to COVID-19.
They will not meet in 10 days, after the téi takes two weeks that are located in the facility of Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
Express sources say they are greeted by windows with each other, so only when one party goes out for a walk, they are able to greet each other.
Haradinaj's Gucati have been arrested by EULEX on 25 September in Pristina. That same day, they were transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
Against them has been issued for criminal acts against the administration of justice, respectively, for intimidation of witnesses, revenge and violation of the secret of the procedure, preceded in the Kosovo Criminal Code.
While, on November 5th, charges against Thaci and Wessel have been confirmed, as well as sent to The Hague. Thaci held the first hearing yesterday, while Wessel held it today.
But, the raid and arrest were November 4th against Jakup Krasniqi, who after eight hours of raids at his house, was arrested and sent to the facility of Specialised Chambers. He received his first hearing two days ago
