(6 years ago)Hashim Thaci has surrendered to the special authorities. He arrived at EULEX headquarters in Fushe Kosovo just a few minutes ago. He has been confirmed by the Special, while resigning from the president's position. The Act has also been confirmed to PDK leader Kadri Wessel.
