Tadic: Vuciq wants dialogue with Kosovo to last forever

Serbia's former president, Boris Tadic, chairman of Serbian Social Democrats, has estimated that the failure to fulfill the Agreement to establish the Association of Serb Majorities in Kosovo, “is an extraordinary rationale for President Vucic to permanently extend talks on Kosovo between Pristina and Belgrade”. Tadic has said that Vucicit of the municipalities mostly does not meet [...]
Tadic has said that Vucicit mostly manages the failure to fulfil the agreement because it will extend to him “the reasons in front of the international community”. Speaking on an independent television in Serbia, the N1, former Serbian president Tadic has named talks in Brussels as the deaf “dialog” since, according to him, few access to the content of the dialogue, “allows both sides to give a distorted mirror of it”.
“I have yet to clear a dimension related to the famous aspect of Serbian municipalities that has been envisioned with the Brussels Agreement since 2013. People do not care about the fact that the failure to fulfill this part of the agreement is incontinent with Vucici's power. It agrees because it can always give excuses to the international community why it should extend dialogue for Kosovo and that the promise it has given will be more open to conversation on specific and sensitive issues of Kosovo's status than I have been, or our governance, can be extended indefinitely and that this is in its condition. The theme of the non-fulfillment of the Serbian Communist Association Agreement for him is an extraordinary reason why it can still be discussed on the topic of Kosovo between Pristina and Belgrade”, Boris Tadic has said.
The recent meeting in Brussels at the level of co-ordinators of Pristina and Belgrade has opened for discussion issues that are related to property and financial claims, but the Serbian side has said it has raised only the question of “the formation of the Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo”. EU negotiating facilitator Miroslav Lajcak has already written on his social row that “has taken a step towards the comprehensive normalisation agreement”.
Currently, it is not clear what has been achieved in co-ordinators' conversations and whether the process has again dropped to technical levels, but both sides have fully issued controversial statements on the content of the talks.
I have no access to the content of the dialogue and I believe that few have such access at this moment and therefore it is partly distorted. From the opinion point of view in Belgrade and Pristina is a dialogue of the deaf, and therefore everyone can comment from his point of view on their own interests:, says former president Tadic.
Talks in Brussels have stalled again for the fact that Serbia has conditioned the continuation and achievement of an agreement with Kosovo only after the establishment of association with executive competence.
But authorities in Pristina have said that the association is a closed topic and that the Constitutional Court's decision on it is meritor.
The EU's own mediator for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, initially urged Pristina, during a press conference in Belgrade, to change its Constitution to accommodate the Association, and only after the pressures were forced to change the declaration, asking Belgrade to change its constitution.
For now, there is no movement in dialogue with Serbia, and meetings of the co-ordinators' levels have turned the entire process led by Lajcak into diplomatic scepticic.
