The new indictment charges Nedeljko Spasojevicc, Marko Rosic, Silvana Arsovic and Rade Basara with the murder.
Arsovic's association, Jovana Filipovic, told the portal Kossev that the first session for the new indictment is scheduled on December 4th.
She said the two young persons suspected in the indictment are accused of being members of an organised criminal group, but that the name has not been disclosed.
At the same time, police officer Nedeljko Spasojevic has now been charged with transporting the perpetrators of the assassination by an official car, the lawyer has said.
The defendants in the new indictment are no longer charged with “helping and inciting the serious murder”, but are accused of serious murder, she says.
“They gave up Article 33, which refers to aiding to commit a crime, and now only serious murder remains in force. Now they're characterised as authors, not as persons who helped the authors,” added to the lawyer.
