The chairman of this union, Nundman Jasharaj, in an interview for Kosova Prees, says there are already several local schools that have completed the 10 per cent co-reach with COVID-19, and the same are continuing online learning.
“We don't take numbers because this task is tasked with school-level task force, then municipal level which they report to on a daily task-force basis at MAS level. But the figures are showing that there is a rise in touch, whether among students or teachers. But it's counsel that he's given him his obligations. The IKSP, along with the manual that took it out MASH, is a corector that when they can pass a classroom or parallel, a school or a municipality, in online learning and it's that 10% of the measure that means 10 percent of the affected in a parallel depending on students, and so on”, he says.
However, Jasharaj says that there is a commitment and great will in teaching teachers to continue in educational institutions, since online learning has not been successful.
There are “situations like this here, but what you enjoy is that the learning process has not been interrupted for a moment. Where such cases were presented, he went through the online learning process on the condition that students and teachers return to school after their recovery. What I'm saying and enjoying the fact is the dedication of teachers and other workers so that educational institutions can stay in educational institutions as long as possible. Because the C version of March 13 of last year has shown itself very difficult, either in the absence of the technology tools needed to do through platforms or in the fact that part of Kosovo's families are not able to have these devices, even a smart phone”, he says.
The first of the SBASK also supports the new measures of the Government of Kosovo, but opposes total closure. However, it is also up to health institutions to decide on the form of continuing the learning process.
The “The measures that the Government of Kosovo has taken are the institutions that decide, but I say the total closure is not going anywhere. I am engaged together with all my colleagues everywhere in Kosovo, to try to continue with the school teaching process. But we are aware that every situation is being followed too. The KSHPK and they are the only ones who have the right to decide together with the Ministry of Health on issues related to schools”, he says.
Jasharaj claims that most local schools are developing instruction in school banks while praying that they do not get to online learning because they will face great difficulties, especially now when the winter season is approaching.
And I'm saying that most schools are going to be going to school and we hope that we all don't come to situations to get to online learning because it's going to be very difficult, because this lesson has been witnessed last year that it has its problems especially in Kosovo that problems and economics, especially in the winter season where a lot of our families don't have much room and sometimes they're inclined to stay in a room, he stated. But to avoid this situation, the first SBASK has appealed parents, students and teachers to comply with health recommendations”, Jashar stated.
