But former UCK leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi on November 18th are expected to come together in the Special Court Hall.
The four are charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity, while on November 18th for the criminal case against them there will be a conference on subject status.
That they can appear together they also confirm by the Special Court.
From this body, they have also indicated what is expected at the December 18th conference.
And such a conference is not the practice of the judicial system in Kosovo.
At least they say that, lawyers licensed by Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
Fehmije Gashi considers this conference a good opportunity to reject the indictment brought by the SPS by protecting the accused.
On 26 October, the indictment by the court of preliminary procedure against former KLA leaders was confirmed.
