UN speaks of scandalous video at a Kosovo school

A student at a Kosovo school has insulted his teacher with banal words. He even asked him about his genius and sex. All of this, the student recorded it with his phone while his classmates are watching and laughing. <x)
And you've got a naj times” The student is heard asking his teacher questions in class.
The teacher asks the student to stop recording, but he keeps asking the same questions.
In the class where this terrible situation occurs, there are other students who smile at the words of their friend.
It is not yet known at which Kosovo school has become the video, however, the newspaper has asked the Ministry of Education and Science if they have started dealing with the case.
In the ministry's response, they reportedly were unaware of the case.
We are now getting informed about this case, but the action also falls to the municipality level. If you don't report who we can't tell whose video this is, who's the student and the school. This is electronic abuse that can be investigated by the special police unit”, the ministry's response to the Express says.
The UN also claims that the case should be reported by the teacher and school to take action against students.
The UN says that according to the voice of students and the way they address teachers with <x0-educator”, he is a minor.
“The school, whatever it is, the adopted teacher, has to report the case to school, KKA and QPS, so that measures can be taken to correct the behavior of a child being seen by voice (when the educator says he is in education 6-9), he is a minor. In education inspectors, a complaint could be filed by the educator if the school and municipality do not perform their work”, the UN has declared.
SHOW further says that after the initiative of the case by the educator, who is shown in the video, there should be measures for students he says based on the video published by the Express, it is seen as having delicuent behavior.
So, first, the case must be initiated by the educator and the respective schools, so that adequate measures in interaction with social well-being may be taken to this case (as deliquent behavior is clearly seen). Now we have delicures, school rules, misuse of the internet, and who knows what can come up during treatment... family context or any other circumstance...”, says the UN.
The Ministry of Education states that such cases should be reported by schools until they are in early stages.
“Scala dolphin has almost taken on size and such cases should be initiated by schools in early stages and treated with inter-sectorial access to the municipality level, so we as minister developed anti-violence programmes and child education programmes for useful and responsible use of the internet”, the UN says.
The education ministry says the school in which this case took place should take educational measures in co-ordination with the Centre for Social Work.
The approach to this case should now be based on legislation in force, so that this child and similar cases will be treated, educated and protected by circumstances of escalation of their situation. School needs to take educational measures in co-ordination with the Centre for Social Work, so that the child can avoid the bad path and dangerous things”, says the UN.
