The second invitation said it was received on November 22nd and has refused, but has been announced that if it does not respond to this invitation within November 28th it will be arrested.
According to Zogaj, this court does not seek Serbian criminals, but only fighters.
We're not running from justice, we're looking for justice,” he said.
The charges filed are specifically for the murder of two Serbs, as the former fighter indicated.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he confirmed that he had seen houses in his burned village, people killed and in a hurry he had burned 5-6 Serb houses but declined further charges.
Faik Zogaj cited the case '%s' and stressed it is something accepted by Serbs themselves, the fact that they have only killed their children to accuse the Kosovo Liberation Army, even charging that KLA uniforms have been misused by Serbs just to tarnish their image.
He denied to have religious divisions as charged.
“With the laws of war, I personally do a small act without the command of the commander, I would have been arrested by our police that we and we have had our military police, so this stain that has been done to the Kosovo Liberation Army is a huge injustice,” Zogaj said.
“We were called criminal gangs but if we were in criminal gangs, today, no Serb had left in Kosovo,” he added.
“Uniform in uniform”, so he named Zogaj the KLA war because reports with Serb civilians to this day are very good.
While showing that he himself has wounds on his body as signs of war, and specifically leg problems showed that this is clear evidence that if he had a doctor to perform organ transplants, as the KLA is accused of, minimally her soldiers would treat them without having to leave any consequences.
“Dick Marty is paid by Russia and Serbia, and this Court will not go anywhere if it walks with those claims,” ) the former soldier said KLA.
Asked if you believe this trial will be closed without fact, Zogaj indicated that he thinks that during the November 18th session of Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi and Hashim Thaci will be released for lack of evidence.
