The Slovak government has decided to extend the state of emergency to power in the country by the end of the year, to fight the pandemic and the coronary, announced Justice Minister Maria Kolikova.
Launched in early October, the state of emergency gives the government additional competencies to impose more restrictive measures and was supposed to end Saturday.
In total, in Slovakia, so far there have been 414 deaths from COVID-19.
