Salih Mustafa has continued his detention at The Hague Specialised Chambers for two months.
This has been announced by the presiding judge, Nicolas Guillou, by official announcement Monday evening, broadcasting KOHA.
In the case of Mustafa, it is said that it can be effectively managed only by remaining in custody.
Under that decision, Mustafa will remain in custody for another two months. Judge Guillou within this period will consider whether the reasons for the detention still exist and then will make a decision to complete or continue detention.
