The act against Rexhep Selimi was confirmed on October 26, 2020. He was arrested by the Special Prosecutor's Office on November 5, 2020, and transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague on the same day.
Rexhep Selimi's first presentation will be held at the public session. During the first presentation, the prosecutor of the preliminary procedure makes sure the accused's rights are respected, among which the right to legal representation and that the accused understands the charges against him.
