According to the trial pronounced by Judge Albina Shabani-Rama, Adam Nezaj has been sentenced to two years and 10 months in prison and seven thousand euros in fines, Islam Basha was sentenced to three years and six months in prison and 10 thousand euros in fines, praise Osmani has been sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison and 10 thousand euros in fines, while Verim Esati has been sentenced to three years in prison and fines of 10,000 euros.

The court has charged those charged with fine sentences to pay within the 30-day deadline and no longer than three months, by the indomitability of this act.

If the accused do not pay the fine within that term, then this sentence will be turned into prison, accounting for 20 euros for a day in prison.

The time spent in custody for indictees Nezaj, Basha and Osmani from June 24th 2019 onward, will be calculated in the pronounced sentence. While indictees Esati past time in custody from 24 June 2019 and until January 27, 2020, he will also be counted in the pronounced sentence.

In addition to this sentence, the court against the four indictees has also pronounced the supplementary sentence, confiscating 53.274kg of marijuana-type narcotics, reports “Justice bet”.

Also from accused Adam Nezaj, with the court's ruling, the car “Citroen C8”, a mobile phone and cash available for 2573 euros and 250 dollars, reports the “Justice Trust”.

In return, two mobile phones have been confiscated by accused Islam Basha, a car “A6” and cash ready for 245 euros and 18 thousand and 100 dollars, by accused Osmani praise, have been confiscated by court three mobile phones and cash ready for 390 euros and 101 thousand and 400 dollars, while four mobile phones, “Allow X3” and cash at 4460.

Judge Shaban-Rama has announced that indictees Esat return to the car “Mercedes CLS” and “Audi A4”, because it has not been proved to be beneficial for the criminal act.

To the accused, Nezaj, Basha and Osman have continued detention until the integrity of the trial, but no more than the time of condemnation.

The accused are also obliged to pay the expenses of the criminal procedure, according to the court's final account, while on behalf of the judicial priesthood they must pay each alone the amount of 100 euros, as well as on behalf of the compensation fund for the victims, of 50 euros, all of these in the 30-day term, from the date of the integrity of this act.

In the end, the judge has announced to the parties that they could file complaints against that ruling within 15 days of accepting the copy of the indictment.

Presequently, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department on 22 June 2020, has declared a punishment sentence against four accused of purchasing, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, Adam Nezaj, Islam Basha, praise Osmani and Verim Esati.

According to the conviction pronounced by Judge Albina Shabani-Rama, Adam Nezaj has been sentenced to 2 years and 10 months in prison and 7 thousand euros in fines, Islam Basha was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison and 10 thousand euros in fines, while praise Osmani has been sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison and 10 thousand euros in fines.

Meanwhile, Vegam Esati, for unauthorised narcotics sales, was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 10 thousand euros in fines, while for illegal possession of 500 euros in fines. As a unique sentence, he has been sentenced to prison for three years and fines at a height of 10,000 and 500 euros.

However, following complaints at the Court of Appeals on September 14, 2020, the same has decided to turn the case into retrial, reports “Justice Vought”.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, on November 15, 2019, has filed an indictment against Adam Nezaj, Islam Basha, Praise Osmani and Vegam Essati due to criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorised selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogoque”, from Article 267, paragraph 2, concerning paragraph 1 and Article 31 of KPR.

According to PSRK, the accused Adam Nezaj, Islam Basha and Praise Osmani in order to bring a wealthless benefit, and acting in the group on June 23rd 2019, the night before the arrest met in Tirana, where the accused Nezaj agreed and shared roles, where the accused Nezaj had the responsibility to bring drugs from Albania to Kosovo, to arrange on the property of the accused Musta Esatti, then the Islamic accused Basha and Praise Osmanus had gone to the House of the massacres of sending the Ephs to the country where the authorities had to oversee the country where they had been assigned to watch the authorities, the authorities with the authorities.

Also, according to this indictment, Vegam Essat is accused of being previously supplied and without authorization until June 24, 2019, held a gun and a 9mm hand pistol, a clip along with 18 bullets, which has been found and seized in the defendant's warehouse of Mustaf Esatti, located before autolaration “Floki”, at the Lipjan crossroads, with the case of police raid.

With these actions, the prosecution charges accused Verim Esati that he committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, from Article 366 par.1 of the KPRK.
