Ramos: Unstable blockade over construction of Decan Street Plav

The Prime Minister's Office has said that the permanent mechanization of implementation and monitoring (Emptuation and Supervision Council) based on the Special Protection Areas Act (r. 03/L-039) has approved the terms of this agreement and thus has been given green light to actions agreed on implementation.
