Russia's President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Albanians through a telegram of congratulations sent to Albania's President Ilir Meta on the occasion of Albania's 108th anniversary of independence.
Putin says he is convinced that the development of Russian-Albanian relations will respond to the interests of the people of our countries and the entire European continent.
