According to Ahmeti, many media have risked closing because of the pandemic.
“We have decided that Pristina-based media should be assisted with a fund of 100,000 euros. It is called tomorrow that the media is divided into three categories based on the number of workers under 8 (eight) workers, out of 8-50 workers and over 50 employees”, said Ahmeti's announcement.
He even announced the conditions the media must meet to benefit from this help.
“) Be registered in the Pristina municipality,
• To function as professional media and to be registered in relevant institutions (Free Media Commission)
• Financial mirrors,
• Confirming the payment of the workers' pension contributions”, Ahmeti's announcement says.
We remember that days ago, the Pristina municipality has decided to help those infected with 50 euros and 80 euros to families with social assistance and disabled persons.
