Even Periscope repeatedly translated into articles by prestigious media -- Joe Biden -- as the winner in the November 3rd presidential election -- was referred to as “President-elect”. So did Vetevendosje Chairman Albin Kurti.
But the ghetto doctor argues that this title does not stand because there is another meaning that makes sense.
“The expression «selected president», which we face in our media, has other meaning: shows that the leader is elected, unlike an appointed or unelected ruler. English says «elected President», which differs from «president-elect».” ) wrote Mr. Doctor in his Facebook account.
