The presidency reacts brutally to Zafir Berisha: Are you the coordinator of the appointment of the son of Haxhi Shala?!

Berisha earlier in the day strongly offended the incumbent, saying it is an insult that “a member of the Vjosa type exercises that role”.

And Faton Peci, Mrs. Osmani, has made a very harsh response to Zafir Berisha by alluding that he could also be “co-ordinator” of the appointment of Haxhi Shala's son as the General Consul in Prague of Czechia, Periscope follows.

Deputy Minister and cyber co-ordinator Zafir Berisha has received the opportunity to make a “analysis” in connection with U.d. The President, Vjosa Osmani, using the political tool that came into operation every day -- the insult.
Zafir, I understand your reaction. It's an organic reaction to things that have been wicked for nearly two decades and that you've been involved in, along with your friends and parties.
Granting consul's post for votes is an unprecedented political trick. As coordinator, you certainly have a side with the coordinates of this nature. Perhaps you have even been the coordinator of this work?
Of course, any attempt to establish a wicked order by you and your peers may be understood to be a violation, but there should be a time when you should end the diplomacy of the ods.

For the Zafir, placing President Rugova's stamp on official acts of presidency is fulfilling the legal obligation.
With the Law for the President of the Republic of Kosovo, at Article 2 point 1, says that” The president of the Republic of Kosovo has its own symbols, which are used along with the symbols of the Republic of Kosovo”.
The institutional tradition and application of laws are not periodic but systematic issues.
Those who are being seized should add one question: Why was President Rugova's stamp used in official documents a few years ago revised by use?
