In the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), they are insisting they will not vote on any other candidate for president of the country except Ramush Haradinaj.
Although they hope in the rationality of political parties to admit Haradinaj to president, as real opportunities in the AAK see the new elections as well.
AAK Deputy Chairman Ahmet Isufi in an interview for KosovoPress confirms next week's meeting with political party leaders. In his opinion, Haradinaj's candidacy for the country's first candidate will be submitted, and arguments why it deserves such a post office.
And the PDK's so-called refusal, but also the ruling coalition partners themselves to guarantee Haradinaj's votes, Isufi says they should negotiate, as with the first one no one agrees.
I believe the meeting will also be assessed, but it will also be discussed for the president's candidate. This case we think Ramush Haradinaj meets the terms and certain circumstances know how to behave as leader of his country. It has confirmed this with the attempt at partitioning Kosovo that it was very responsible in those situations. Also, even about the establishment of the military, the Trepca law, both the property of Kosovo and the territory of Kosovo. Even the international reports have clarified them directly just as statesmen... with the first one, no one is offering the opportunity to say yes, because it is also a question of party political interests. But in the end I believe it will be in the rationality of the political parties, of the Kosovo Parliament, that it is voted there. Based on the vote that the candidate may have, he can be elected. That's why negotiations happen, meetings are not easy because political parties first see themselves, then interests with others. But at this point I had said that political parties should give up their narrowest party interests. They must go to what Kosovo wants today”, he said.
The AAK's second is classed against any possibility that the 14 AAK deputies in the country will vote for another candidate for president outside their party leader. He even says if there is no solution for Haradinaj to assume presidential post, elections are likely to come to the expression
The elections are one of the aspects that can come up with expressions, because if there's no solution then there's a choice. We have presented it not without the intention of Mr. Haradinaj's first candidacy because we have wanted to go through this process so we remain at the last moment pushing the process, or imposing elections... until we have our candidate and we have given the reasonings and we are giving it back then it is irrational to think otherwise, because even in certain circumstances, when we have told of the prime minister's role for example, when we were told why you are insisting that the vote is not enough as far as the party's level is concerned. But we are considering that people have to yoke where they deserve because their functioning would be better for society”, he says.
And the differences for this post office, Isufi says are not affecting the functioning of the Hoti government.
I don't think there's any connection to the president's functioning. More disagree between political partners than it has to do with President”, Isufi claims.
. Despite that, the AAK deputy chairman criticises the government for failing to communicate with the opposition for passing the draft economic recovery bill.
This government is mistaken for not communicating with the opposition as it should. When there is a need for general interest, we should all sit down together to consider whether there are other proposals, why not consider the budgetary opportunities that there are”, he says.
