The Law on Prevention and Fighting of Pandemia COVID-19 in Kosovo has entered into force late August. Otherwise, the Pandemia Law has 29 articles, while regulating the issue of prevention, management and control of COVID-19. [...]
The Law on Prevention and Fighting of Pandemia COVID-19 in Kosovo has entered into force late August.
Otherwise, the Pandemia Law has 29 articles, while regulating the issue of prevention, management and control of COVID-19.
Article 24 of this law regulates the matter of moving times and fines in case of disrespect.
And Article 26 regulates the issue of isolation and quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.
While, at Article 24 of this Law, all those who do not wear a mask will be sentenced to 35 euros.
