Obilic Returns to Red Zone

The Obilic municipality has returned to the red zone, according to the assessment of the epidemiological situation by the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health.
That is what the mayor of this municipality, Xhafer Tahiri, has made known, calling on citizens to respect the new measures issued by the Hoti Government.
In addition, it has recalled the measures taken for municipalities in the red area.
The measures for this category are:
-The movement of citizens outside their houses/houses after 7:00 p.m. until 05 a.m., except for emergency and health needs, excluding from this mass health, safety, justice and similar;
-Citizens and vehicles are stopped at the county's territory from 7:00 to 5:00, except:
- Health personnel, security personnel, justice and students; Citizens for Emergency Need; 25.2.3. Operators performing public work;
-Gastronomy activity's off from 7:00 till 05 a.m.
-public and private institutions work only with the essential staff, which is determined by the decision of each institution in particular;
-Public transport is allowed to work with 50% of capacity, respecting “Manual for protection from the spread of Ovid-19”;
-The cabs are allowed to work with just one (1) passenger back or three (3) if they're family members;
Partly allowed are the cultural activities of the MKRS and municipalities' subordinate institutions (the theatres, libraries, philharmonics, galleries, assemblies, ballet, cinemas, youth centres, museums, culture centres with groups and similar ones), using only 30% of the space/systems of the respective objects for all activity (both in performances and exercise), respecting “Manila for protection from the spread of COVID-1950; -Permitted sports activities in closed and open spaces; exercises and competitions can be organised in individual sports; during space exercises, up to 20 people can participate, while during competitions, up to 50 persons can participate based on local and international sports protocols and guidelines, and based on “Manuale for protection from the spread of COVID- 1908);
-Permissioned workshops and closed pools for individual recreation activities using only 40% of the spaces/respectives, respecting “Manual protection from the spread of COVID-19X1>, he added further.
Obilics today had 16 new cases of Covid-19, according to the ICHPK's daily communiqué.
