The sheriff has said that the Special Court spokesman, two days ago, said the Court is not an ethnic one, but will investigate the perpetrators of all crimes committed in Kosovo.
Based on his statement, the Social Democrat Initiative asks the Prosecutor and Specialised Chambers of the Special Court: 1. Are the crimes and genocide of Serbs in Kosovo being investigated? At what stage are the investigations, and what massacres are being investigated? When are the charges of Serbian state suspects committing crimes and genocide in Kosovo expected? COSOVA REVIEW SERVANT” has added at the end of his statement.
