Naser Osmani and Bujar Bukoshi's assistant are sentenced to 3 years in prison for the 3 per cent Fund

Through a communiqué to the media, the Court has suggested that Osman and Gashi have been convicted and sentenced to prison terms of three years, (3) for each separately.

In addition to prison sentences, they on behalf of the damage caused would return 154 thousand and 132 euros to the budget of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to the Court, Osmani and Gashi, along with the legal Bujar Bukoshi for which the procedure has been set aside, over the period of 2006 until 2015, in co-ordination, in order to bring itself or other non-lawful property of other people, which has been entrusted to them, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo and other countries, contributors to the fund established by that world for financing the structures of the Government that Kosovo is existing, these minimum of 3% of their monthly incomes, so that they have attracted many of the 154, 1347 euros, and the reason of the euro..
